Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Property was extremely dusty, not well cleaned, and above all else AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK. We booked for 3 night and left after just one night. I have allergies to dust and started sneezing literally within 10 seconds of walking in the apartment. No problem. Shower was extremely dirty and shower head didn’t look like it was ever cleaned. Ok no problem. Air conditioner didn’t work. Big problem. It was too hot to sleep since there wasn’t even a fan. I let the owner know within a few hours and they responded basically saying “don’t know why it’s not working sorry” with no solution to fix the problem. I told them we specifically booked this because it was advertised an air conditioner. No response. Tried to just open the windows throughout the night but still too hot and big mosquitoes started coming into our room and I was up all night killing them. I messaged owner again asking for a solution and they just ignored me the whole day. We then decided to leave after just one night and I messaged again letting them know we were leaving and they immediately responded back to that message but not the message about them actually helping us. Horrible stay and terrible hosts. The location was nice, walkable, and across the street from a train stop. Other than that it was not worth staying here at all.
