Guests can stay in our new electric renewable house. Powered and heated by grid energy from renewable sources and on-site solar panels, it is a more thermally efficient accommodation.

MAIN LIVING ROOM is positioned at the front of the property , inglenook fireplace with slate hearth, Multifuel stove with an Oak beam mantle piece.
Off the lounge is an archway to the KITCHEN area with integrated appliances, Belfast sink with mixer tap, integrated electric oven and five ring gas hob, integral dishwasher, integrated washing machine, slate flooring and underfloor heating.
Ground floor WET ROOM has Velux window, walk in shower, pedestal wash and basin with mixer tap, close couple WC,
First floor has three bedrooms and family bathroom.
The FAMILY BATHROOM comprises a three-piece suite, square P shaped bath with mixer tap and mixer shower over, close couple WC, pedestal wash hand basin, granite flooring.
MASTER BEDROOM Wooden King size bed.
BEDROOM TWO Wooden Single size bed.
BEDROOM THREE attic room with 2 wooden Small Queen beds and under stairs storage/wardrobe.
ATTIC ROOM has five Velux windows enjoying picturesque views over the surrounding mountains.
Externally the property enjoys front and rear gardens.

House with ample off road parking and a large. Prívate Parking available for 2-3 cars in front of the house.
Other things to note
Guests can step outside enjoying stunning walks, superb bike rides directly from the house. Bike Park Wales and the Brecon Beacons are just a short drive away making the house an ideal base for anyone wanting to explore this lovely area. Secure bike storage and washing facilities'.
