A quiet and cosy room, kitchen and Utensils are available for use. The bathroom is shared with just one person. The room is lockable and the estate is quite secure. The underground train station is only 2 minutes walk

Would not consider staying again
I'll start with the positive aspects: clear check in/out instructions and a really convenient location of the property - steps away from the underground and bus stations. That said, the flat is in a bad state - lots of mold on the walls in the room and in the bathroom, dust, dirty elevator (there was poop on the floor for 3 days) and smelly, overflowing trash in the garbage room in the hallway. The description states there is one person living in the flat/ bathroom is shared with only one person. We clearly heared two people in the house during our stay which was not expected as not communicated. Despite the price and location we would not consider staying again.
