• Washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher sadly not included as standard, we can make bespoke requests with the property owners next door for longer stays.
• Initial supply of hand soap, shower gel and shampoo included

sachets, toilet roll & kitchen roll

Guest Access:
Guests have full and private access to the annex, private walled garden, balcony and two parking spaces.

Whilst the annex is very private the owners of the annex live seperately onsite in the house next door, we ask that they are not disturbed during your stay and that any calls or messages are sent to Hosting Holidays for response.
We are unable to give details of our Hosting Holidays Henley direct booking site via third parties
Please note if you have booked via Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment will be taken upfront,
the other 50% will be collected 5 days before your check in date.
One month stays are often available via Hosting Homes Henley
All bedding provided is hypoallergenic
We supply an initial supply of guest consumables only
We provide a mid stay clean and linen change free of charge for stays longer than 2 weeks
Stays during Henley Regatta are non refundable
Please note, a refundable cautionary damage deposit will need to be paid before your stay
starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.

Modern Immaculate Property
Immaculate property beautifully furnished. Very well equipped. Excellent communication with host company. Ideally a larger fridge/ freezer would be very helpful.
