Enter into the hallway with space to hang your gear after a day at the beach!

Off the hallway is a family bathroom with shower over and a bedroom with bunk beds - ideal for kids. There is also a large king size bedroom with en-suite and generous storage as well as a large SMART TV.

In the lounge diner you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 3* freezer box, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, air-fryer and microwave plus plenty of cookware for family breaks. There is an additional fridge for your use of the dining area - ideal for drinks!

The dining area comfortably sits 6 at the table.

The lounge area features a NEW enormous TV (SMART) with two comfy sofas (one a sofa bed) which can be selected at checkout for use for children or a fifth or sixth guest.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy apartment is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
