This 2-bedroom apartment in Madrid is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by lift.

The living room features a comfortable sofa and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying the city views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms feature a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. One of the bedrooms even has an ensuite and a closet, offering extra privacy and storage space.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Barrio de Palacio, or the Palace neighborhood, is a historic district in Madrid's heart. It is named after the Royal Palace of Madrid, one of the district's most prominent landmarks. The neighborhood is part of the Centro district and is in the city's historic center.

Barrio de Palacio is known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant atmosphere. It encompasses several iconic landmarks, including the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, and the Plaza de Oriente. The area is characterized by its narrow cobblestone streets, charming squares, and elegant buildings, many dating back to the medieval and Renaissance periods.

In addition to its historical significance, Barrio de Palacio is a lively cultural and commercial hub. It is home to numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, theaters, museums, and art galleries. The neighborhood attracts locals and tourists alike, offering cultural experiences, entertainment, and shopping opportunities.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Plaza de España, is just a 3-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
