Private: property (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: sun terrace. Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 350 m, bakery 1 km, sandy beach "Playa del Puerto" 3 km. Sports harbour 4 km, marina 4 km, golf course 4 km.
