This vacation rental is made up of two properties, House Scaletta IT 5311.617.1 and Girasole IT 5311.607.2, that have been booked together by the same group. Located in a large agricultural estate, known as ''Fattoria Scaletta + Girasole'', the property is surrounded by meadows and fields, offering guests a tranquil and serene environment. The estate is situated 3 km away from the centre of San Miniato, 4 km from the centre of Fucecchio, and 45 km from the centre of Firenze. The property is also 50 km away from the beach, ensuring that guests have a range of activities to enjoy.

The vacation rental offers a range of amenities, including a shared above-ground swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 90 cm), which is available for use from 15th May to 15th October. The pool is maintained by the owner/gardener, and there is also an outdoor shower. In addition to the shared pool, the property also has a private swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 140 cm), which is available for use from 15th May to 15th October. On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining room, and a large dining room. There's also a dining room with a table and a kitchen corner, as well as a double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, 16 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, and there's even an exit to the patio and swimming pool.

Upstairs, you'll find a large double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as three more double bedrooms. There's also a double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC, nine rooms with two beds each (90 cm), and one room with three beds. The upper level also features a living room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a flat-screen TV, and a large kitchen/living room with an open-hearth fireplace, four gas rings, and a dining table. There are also two baths/bidet/WC and four showers/bidet/WC.

The cottage is heated with gas (extra charge), and features natural stone floors, a large patio and porch, terrace furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs, and a box-room.
