The property is located in a secluded, quiet and sunny position on top of a hill in the countryside, just 2 km from the center of Montaione, 15 km from the center of San Gimignano and 50 km from the center of Firenze.

Guests have access to a large fenced garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. There is also a gorgeous private swimming pool available for use, measuring 15 x 9 meters with a depth ranging from 120 to 200 cm. The pool is available seasonally from April 27th to September 28th and comes equipped with an outdoor shower, garden furniture, and a barbecue area.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything guests need to prepare meals, including an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and freezer. There is also a shower/bidet/WC on this floor.

Moving up to the upper floor, guests will find more living/dining rooms with satellite TV and shower/bidet/WC facilities. There are additional bedrooms on this floor as well, including doubles and rooms with two beds. There is even a small room with sloping ceilings that features two beds.
