This place was very clean and a great setup for groups larger than 10 people. There were plenty of beds for everyone to have their own bed in our group. The back yard patio, putting green, pool and hot tub was a great set up. The place is very big and it never felt too crowded with 13 guests. I would highly recommend this house for larger groups. This house is very well kept up and in a great neighborhood

The welcome packet also has detailed information on all aspects of the property and the best places to go in the neighborhood including shopping. Let us know your favorite beverage so we can leave it for you prior to your arrival. We love living in this area with all the fun it has to offer, ask us the best places to go!

Why they chose this property

We try to provide everything you might need or forgot as we are frequent travelers. Internet streaming TV, WiFi, DVD players, closet storage, fully stocked kitchen for large groups, pool floats, golf balls for putting and our driving cage for irons, pool table, hot tub, heated pool- $75/day extra charge upon request with minimum 3 day advance notice. This area is a safe quiet residential area for your stay. Very close to Aquarium, Butterfly Wonderland, I Fly, Talking Stick Resort, and Top Golf. Close to Scottsdale Shea Hospital, Mayo Clinic, Grand Canyon University, ASU, Banner University Medical Center, St Josephs Hospital, Barrows Neurological Institute.
