Moments Together Near Downtown w/ 4 Master Private Suites with full baths each

My place is close to downtown Nashville. You'll love my place because there are two individual suites. Each bedroom has their own individual private bathroom. Each suite also has it's own private kitchen and washroom. This property is also adjacent to another property that
we have listed. If booked together both homes can host a large group of up to 22 people. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.


-7minute drive to/from Downtown

-Mulitple Smart TV and Cable TV for your leisure
-High Speed Wifi Internet
-Infant and toddler PlayPen access with baby gate avaiable in the home.

Perfect location!
Perfect location. $8-$10 Uber ride to downtown. We had the entire house rented which was perfect for 4 couples - king beds and ensuites in each room. House could use a really good deep clean but other than that, it was good.

Two couples & a single visiting our Belmont student who also stayed with us for a couple nights. Great place for each to have their own space & bathroom but also gather to hang out to watch tv or talk. Easy drive, walk, or Uber downtown (we did all 3 over the course of the weekend). We deemed the upper balcony a “rooftop bar” as it was much more pleasant than the Broadway craziness LOL Highly recommend this house!

My friends all met me in Nashville after a conference - they did not know each other! The house was big and private enough for four couples but provided enough space for gathering together to play games and get to know each other! It’s 5 minutes from Broadway and was better than I was expecting - clean, spacious, and great for being separate together!

The property was perfect for four couples. A short Uber ride to downtown. Property owner made sure we were taken care of at all times. We will definitely be back!

Great Property for Large to Mid-Size Groups to be close together and apart at the same time within the home. Four large bedroom suites with 5 bathroom house close to downtown in minutes; how can you say no?

4 King Size Bedroom Suites with each have private bath and private Cable Smart T.V. in each. Located 2 miles from Downtown Nashville. Even for those kiddos we provide a playpen for infant and toddlers by request only.
