No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

116 E. Gardenia #2 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor property located on the gulf interior at the Garden Breeze condominium complex, accommodating up to 6 guests. The condo features a modern open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and comes fully stocked with all pots, pans, dishware and utensils. Off the kitchen is a dining table for four, with additional bar seating for two. The living room features a set of large contemporary chairs with matching ottomans and sofa, giving ample space for you and your guests to gather around the flat screen TV and watch your favorite shows and movies. Off the living room you will find a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Adjacent from the guest restroom is your guest bedroom, featuring two Twin beds and plenty of clothing storage. Your master bedroom is down the hall and is equipped with a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, large dressers and walk-in closet. The private master bathroom is attached and has a spacious walk-in shower, large vanity mirror and bright lighting.

116 E. Gardenia #2 is the perfect spot for small groups looking for a condo that is centrally located on South Padre Island. You and your guests will be within walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Want to be on the beach instead? You've found the perfect spot; the closest beach access is less than a 5 minute walk from your front door! After a long day in the sand, rinse off then cool down in the community pool!

Great Family Rental
This is my favorite place on South Padre so far. It's close to the beach, exceptionally clean and comfortable for a family of 4. My kids loved the bunk beds and the TV in their bedroom! Plus the outdoor shower was heated, which allowed us to fully get all sand off before coming inside. Highly recommend!

Walking Distance to Beach !
The Beach Condo was Very inviting, had a homey feel to it..with all the amenities. It was walking distance to the beach very convenient especially with little kids. The Condo was very clean and loved the beach vibe decor. Not to mention check in was a very easy process. Will be staying again.
