About this property

Casa Caldiero - Apartment With Large Terrace

The amazing view of the sea and the coast from our private balcony, that will be for your exclusive use, makes our apartment unique.
We’re located in the lower part of the town, in the pedestrian area next to the sea: the clients can reach the apartment walking through the characteristic streets and stairs, which are one of the main attractions of Positano.

During the whole stay, the guests can count on the assistance of our staff, who will be at your disposal for any information.
The check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm: we always suggest you communicate your time of arrival in advance.
The check-out is at 10 am.
In case you arrive after 8 pm, we ask you to contact us beforehand so that the staff will be ready to welcome you. This service has an extra cost of €50 to be paid in cash at the time of arrival.
Moreover, there are fixed cleaning fee of €80 and tourist tax of €2,50 each night per person, all to be paid in cash at the apartment.
If you stay one week or longer, we can provide you with cleaning once a week upon your request.
We have a 3-night minimum stay policy.

After one week stay, we offer a free cleaning service, which includes changing sheets etc.

Great location!
We had a great time May 2023! It's very nicely located near both the beach and the main road for restaurants and shopping. Be prepared for stairs but that's everywhere in Positano. The deck overlooking the sea is amazing and the perfect place for drinks before dinner. We would go back again for sure!

Our entire experience was completely positive. Perfect for 2 couples sharing a villa: lovely bedrooms, bathrooms and a great little kitchen. Large terrace with stunning views. Great location situated halfway from upper road and lower harbour. Support and recommendations from Grady were spot-on. Highly recommend.

Incredible apartment
This apartment is amazing both inside and out. The inside is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The view from the deck was indescribably beautiful. The deck is large with both a dining area and a sitting area. Definitely our favourite place of our Italy trip.
