Luxury Bayfront Home 1075

Incredible views from this Bayfront 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom home with, heated swimming pool located on the south end of Manasota Key. The downstairs 1 bedroom suite can be added for an additional fee. This Key West style home features an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling and a panoramic view of "ski alley." Granite countertops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Large, open, and nicely furnished living and dining room. In the spring you may see baby chicks in the Osprey's nest by the water. The balcony overlooking the pool and bay has a large dining table to enjoy the great outdoors.

Huge Master suite with a king-size bed, includes great water views, a desk and seating, access to the balcony, and ensuite bathroom. The large master bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed; the bathroom has a tub and shower combined. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds; shower in the bathroom. TV's are in all 3 bedrooms and in the living room. Free Wi-Fi included.

The private dock is suitable for fishing and has convenient boating access to Stump Pass which leads to the Gulf of Mexico. Nearby you can find rentals of jet-skis, kayaks, paddleboards, and boats. The home is close to restaurants, shops, and of course, the Gulf of Mexico. There is easy access to Stump Pass Park which has a beautiful beach.

Great location!
This house was perfect for what we needed. It had all of the supplies you would need in the kitchen. Short walk to the beach with crystal clear water. The dock was great for kayaks and paddle boards. Caught lots of fish. Enjoyed the screened in pool. Have already booked next years trip here!

Beautiful home with a lot of special amenities. My wife's saddest moment was the day we left she said good-bye to her new special friend.....the elevator!! We've been coming to Englewood for over 30 years and this was the best, thank you for a wonderful 2 weeks.

Not worth the money to stay here.
This home needs a lot of TLC. It’s a shame that this beautiful home has seen so much neglect. Maybe because the owners are from Canada and haven’t been able to come here because of Covid. The house was filthy. Upon entering the house we had to vacuum the living room rug ourselves. We had to clean the thick mud from the pool area and the mud on the carpet in the upper lanai ourselves. The cushions on the chairs in the upper lanai were filthy dirty and moldy. As were the dining chair cushions in the kitchen. The dust on all the ceiling fans were about 3” high and the ceiling vents were caked full of dust as well. The master shower seat tile was coming off the wall. The landscaping was a disaster. The pool was cool, and has sun only in the morning. The so called hot tub is NOT a hot tub but is the same temperature as the pool and is locked so the temperature can not be turned up. There are no beach/pool towels available to use. On the bright side, the location is great for boating. We rented a Tritoon for the week from Abe’s. They dropped the boat off at the dock for us, and picked it up when we were finished with it. The house is within walking distance to a few restaurants.

Large, comfortable pool house on Manasota Key
Just returned from our family vacation and this house was perfect for R and R. Equipped with everything you need. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds and updated furnishings made this place excellent. Pool was nice and plenty of seating/kids toys. We did not pay extra charge for heating. Only bad thing was upon arrival we noticed master bath shower had damaged/broken tiles. It made it difficult to use without making problem worse. We contacted rental agents and they promised to send someone the next day to fix-also said it was reoccurring issue! Well...we never heard back/saw repair person entire stay. Since the house had 3 bathrooms it wasn’t a huge deal, but we were unimpressed with realty company’s handling. We would recommend this property for families or couples-very nice place overall.
