7th floor Two bedroom, two bath beachfront condo with unobstructed ocean view. Totally renovated with full kitchen, granite counter tops,well stocked with all the utensils, cookware and dishes you need. Washer/dryer in unit.

THE AREA

The Treasure Coast of Florida has something to offer everyone including miles of pristine uncrowded beaches, some the best fishing waters, a zoo, museums, botanical garden, delicious restaurants, fabulous shopping and outlets, performing arts, parks, golf courses, boating, biking, Navy Seal Museum, and more. We're just 10 minutes from Vero Beach and less than 10 minutes from Downtown Ft. Pierce... and we're a short drive from the Orlando/Disney area, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and Kennedy Space Center.

*Ocean Harbor South(OHS) is a Residential Resort with heated pool, tennis courts, clubhouse with library books, games , 2 gas grills, gazebo, restrooms, outside showers, small fitness center and beautifully landscaped setting, gated community with newly done parking lot.

**Please note the OHS is an exclusive 'Residential Community' and the Condo Association requires an application to be presented for each renter, and $150.00 management fee(Elliott Merrill) non refundable.

Perfect Getaway
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and it was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need to feel at home there. We loved the location. It was a quiet residential community with only a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and parks. My favorite thing about this condo was the seventh floor private balcony, complete with comfortable seating and amazing views. We even enjoyed sitting out there on a couple rainy evenings since it was well-sheltered. Lorenza, the owner, checked in with us before our arrival and during our stay and made us feel welcomed. We loved it!

Wish I could give 10 stars. Condo was clean, welcoming, comfortable, well stocked, washer & dryer there, prompt responses if ???, beautiful views, pictures don’t do it justice. Thank you Lorenza! Place was great. Not sure when, but know we will be back!
