The Pinehaven is a perfectly appointed, air-conditioned 3 bedroom cottage with 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin size beds, 2 & 1/2 baths, dishwasher, microwave, gas fireplace, cable TV and lakeview. 10 occupants.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were happy with the rental unit - Few major issues were the living room furniture, especially the recliner. Furniture needs to be changed. The entrance railing is loose and the grade to the steps need some improvement. Handicap rails in the bathrooms would be a welcome improvement too.
