Skylark is located at the top of Woolacombe in the development of Tarka Lane - just a short drive to Woolacombe's blue flag sandy beach and the shops, restaurants, bars etc. There is a public house and supermarket within walking distance and rural and coastal walks can be enjoyed along the Tarka Trail which will take you through Mortehoe, Lee Bay and to Ilfracombe.

Living/Dining/Cooking
The accommodation comprises large open plan kitchen/living/dining room with double height windows overlooking the large garden and out to the sea views. There is a contemporary kitchen area with built in appliances including dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. The dining area is equipped with a table and chairs with seating for 6 people and living area with comfortable seating for 6 people, flat screen TV with freeview, Bush docking station, Wi-Fi and french doors out to the terrace.

Off the front entrance hallway is a garage which houses the washing machine and tumbledryer. The garage can be used to store any of your items while visiting.

Sleeping/Bathing
To the ground floor there is a double bedroom with modern en-suite shower room, on the same floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is also access to the garage/utility area with washing machine and storage for surfboards/bikes etc.

To the first floor there is a master bedroom and family bathroom with shower over bath setup.

Outside
This property benefits from a large, lawned enclosed garden complete with coal BBQ, outside shower, hot tub (charges apply) and wetsuit hanging rail.

There is private parking for two cars at the front of the property.

The property has EV charging for vehicles, this is paid when you arrive at the property using the designated app which you access by scanning a QR code on entry - No charging leads provided.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.

There is a refundable security deposit of £250 payable with the final balance (not applicable to Airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.

It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.

Perfect property for catching up
The property was as described. Kitchen was well equipped and allowed myself and friends to cook together and chat due to open plan nature. There were lots of ligh bulbs out in the property so these need to be replaced but it didn’t cause us any issues due to spring months. Could have done with more toilet paper left as had to go out and buy some which when you are staying somewhere for 36 hours you do not expect. Ev charging was helpful and easy to use. The house was clean and spacious and allowed 6 middle age women to chat and enjoy their time together

Lovely stay
Really enjoyed our time here, thought the property could of been cleaned a little better before arriving!
