This beautiful property is located in Residence Deneb in Praiano, the heart of the Amalfi coast, between Positano and Amalfi. One of the most charming places in Italy, very well known in the world for its mariner culture, excellent culinary tradition and breathtaking natural beauty.

The apartment has a gorgeous view of the Mediterranean Sea and private steps to the sea, with a natural pool made out in the rocks with sea water. The access is on a patio with garden overlooking the sea, enriched with bougainvillea and hibiscus. The flat comprises entrance, living room, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen. Heating and telephone are available, along with outdoor parking for one car.

Supermarkets, post office, shops, pharmacy and restaurants are at walking distance.
Bus connections with Rome, Naples, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Sorrento, Maiori and Salerno stop at the property gates. Ferry connections to Capri Island are available from Praiano, Amalfi, Positano and Naples.

Ein phantastischer Ausblick und eine für unsere 5-köpfige Familie sehr gut geschnittene, schöne Wohnung. Tolle Terasse, nettes Naturbecken, freundlicher Kontakt mit Vermietern. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir geben 5 Sterne für die Location, 5 Sterne für die Unterkunft 5 Sterne für die Ruhe und den Ausblick 5 Sterne für den Vermieter 4 Sterne für die Sauberkeit im Bad 2 Sterne für die defekten Fliegengitter 2 Sterne für den 22“ Fernseher. 1 Stern für das WIFI (nur 2 Geräte und nur im Wohnzimmer) 1 Stern für die Hygiene in der Küche (schimmelige Pfannen…) 1 Stern für die defekte Spülmaschine Alles in allem kommen wir gerne nach einem technischen Update, der Abdichtung der Fliegengitter und einem ernsten Gespräch mit dem Housekeeper gerne wieder und würden dann 6 von 5 Sternen geben. Ein Traum für die Amalfiküste mit behebbaren Kritikpunkten.

Herbst in Praiano
Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen direkt über dem Meer. Der kleine Garten war toll, wir konnten draußen alle Mahlzeiten einnehmen und den Blick über das Meer genießen. Die Kinder haben den Pool und die Badebucht geliebt, ebenso wie wir. Beim Schnorcheln haben wir unzählige Fische, Seestern und Seeigel gesehen. Die Wohnung war so ausgestattet wie wir erwartet haben. Der private Parkplatz war praktisch und die Bushaltestelle vor der Einfahrt auf der Amalfitana haben wir auch genutzt. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Praiano Heaven
This is possibly still one of the best memories our family talk about since our return from Europe 2013. Thank you soooooo much Elena and family for this fantastic opportunity to stay in your home at one of the most beautiful locations. The comfort, and ease of this holiday stay was exceptional. Your communication and friendly guidance made us feel like home. We miss our daily trips to Angela's for fresh local food and swimming in rock pool below the apartment....wow! Amazing
