Fenced garden - barbecue - garden furniture - deckchair - parasol - reserved parking. Very well equipped - combined freezer - washing machine - trio: vitro dishwasher oven. - Microwave - Expresso - full kitchen equipment - Reversible air conditioning - TV - HIFI. A mezzanine bedroom reads 140 and a bedroom downstairs reads 140. Separate WC - ventilated shower room. The Residence is calm.

Accueil très chaleureux, le logement nickel rien à dire, bonne literie, le lieu nous a bien plu, randonnée pédestre et à vélo, joli paysage, le seul bémol est la tramontane, nous y reviendront

zwei erholsame Wochen in Gruissan
Das Ferienhaus überraschte uns sehr positiv durch die geschmackvolle moderne Ausstattung. Das Haus war erst kürzlich renoviert, verfügte über Deckenventilatoren und eine Klimaanlage, was den Aufenthalt in den beiden heißen Wochen sehr angenehm machte. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Hobbykoch benötigt. Auch die Gestaltung der Terrasse mit Grill und großem Sonnenschirm war ideal. Die Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Vermieterin im Vorfeld und die Übergabe des Ferienhauses waren optimal.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem was den Urlaub angenehm macht.
Wir haben zwei Wochen zu viert in dem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Bei der Übergabe an uns war das Haus sehr sauber und die Vermieterin war sehr nett.

Vacances au calme et prestation idéale
Gruissan les Ayguades, lotissement "Les Maisons du Rivage Bleu." Ce lotissement est idéalement situé, dans une résidence calme avec un accès rapide à la plage, aux commerces et au massif de la Clape, offrant la possibilité de passer des vacances sans prendre le volant. Outre cet environnement pratique, ce pavillon est équipé de façon complète et avec beaucoup de goût, au point qu'on s'y sent chez soi et qu'on ne manque de rien. La propriétaire y résidant régulièrement, elle laisse à disposition de nombreux accessoires et produits ménagers, limitant au maximum les achats supplémentaires et facilitant le quotidien. Le logement est donc fonctionnel, propre et rangé, climatisé, avec une terrasse elle aussi bien équipée. Il est important de souligner que la batterie de cuisine, ultra complète, est équipée de matériels de très bonne qualité, pas de vieilles gamelles laissées là après avoir déjà (trop) bien vécu... Les habitués de ce genre de location saisonnière apprécieront ces détails. La literie est de très bonne facture, accueillant quatre adultes dans des conditions de confort excellentes. Cerise sur le gâteau pour les abonnés au réseau mobile Orange : un hotspot wifi était disponible dans le quartier pendant notre séjour. Je recommande donc chaudement ce pavillon et remercie encore la propriétaire pour la qualité du service proposé.
