La Quinta Resort Living with Private Saltwater Pool, Hot Tub and a Fire Pit! This beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home (Lic# 65618) is perfect for a weekend getaway, festival weekends, or enjoying the beautiful desert weather for a few weeks while the snow accumulates back home. The large, open floor plan is very cozy and offers plenty of space for large groups or families. Located just minutes from Coachella, Polo Grounds, Old Town La Quinta, PGA West and countless other world class golf courses.

The home has many upgrades and has been tastefully decorated. The master suite is down stairs and has a large patio. The 2 guest bedrooms are upstairs 1 of which also has a private patio.

The outdoor space offers countless areas to take in the warm weather and the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and trees. The custom saltwater pool and hot tub are surrounded by lush landscaping and plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the sun. There is also a fire pit when you want to enjoy some stargazing at night.

Puerta Azul also offers the following:
Tennis Court, Bocce Ball, Fitness Center, Pool Table, and Ping Pong. You also have access to 2 large community pools and hot tubs.

This is about as close to you can get to Coachella. Located about 2 miles behind the festival ground making traffic much easier as you avoid the major freeway crowds.

PGA West is only a 5 minute drive from here and offers access to multiple PGA caliber golf courses and practice facilities.

Also close to Old Town La Quinta, and La Quinta Resort and Spa for a day of pampering.

Puerta Azul offer resort like living with a Clubhouse, 2 pools and hot tubs, pool table, ping pong, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and bocce ball. Close by you will find PGA West which offers several world class golf courses open to the public.

The parking spaces throughout the complex are first come first serve. You can park one car in front of the garage as well.

Pool can be heated at $100 per day.

The pool is serviced by a pool man on Tuesday and Friday.

Gardener comes on Monday or Wednesday.

Music is allowed outside from 7am-10pm. Please be mindful of volume as there are city restrictions on decibel levels outside. Violation of this rule can result in a fine which will be the responsibility of tenant.

There is a one time pet fee of $100. Max 2. No pets over 35lbs.
Smoking is allowed outside.
Pool heat is available at $100/day.
There is a $100 pet fee.
Music is allowed outside at a reasonable level between 9am-10pm

Great house, great yard, great host. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The yard is beautiful with a really nice pool and spa. John is a great host and all communication was excellent. Our favourite place to stay in Puerta Azul.

Quiet clean property.
Quiet and clean property. Bit of a drive to shopping or restaurants. Pool an extra $50 a day if you want it heated. With the cost to heat it, perfectly understandable. Enjoyable stay.

Great house
Very clean large house. We stayed 8 days Nov 2019. Wife and I and 21 year old son, 23 year old daughter/fiance. Lots of room for us. House is really nicely laid out. Large kitchen and refrigerator with ice maker. All appliances work. Garage is a bit small, but will hold a full size Suburban. No turn around room, so I had to back to the street. No problem for me, but it might be for some drivers. Back yard is amazing, the pool and hottub were where we spent our time. High fence around property made it very private, we could hear the street on the other side, but it is also in gated community so not a lot of traffic. Mainly golf carts and maintenance vehicles. Pool was cold when we arrived, but within 2 hours it was up to comfortable temps. Some pool toys provided and we left 3 pool noodles there also. It is located very south end of LaQuinta, so a 5 mile or more drive to any stores. 35 minutes to airport Sunday morning. John was great to deal with. Washing machine wouldn't spin, but he got a repair man out in 36 hours (veterans day, or it would have been 12 hours) He had his cleaning service clean our towels and had his dad drop off extras while the washer was broken. It worked great after that. Nice table outside where we ate most of our meals. (90 degrees). Lots of shade around the yard. Well stocked kitchen, all small appliances and lots of dishes. Only 4 lounge chairs by pool. We never used the complex pools, but they looked great. Overall a great property and my wife said not to mention the neighbor's dog that barks all the time it is outside, because I would sound whiny. But it was never out before 9 or later than 5.

Great La Quinta Set Up
Rental is as advertised or better. The unit is on a back corner so there is lots of privacy and quiet. Outdoor space is great. Pool was warm and spa was hot. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. Huge washer/drier. We didn’t come up with any qualm. We never used the community pool nor recreation area but they looked nice.
