We are renting a 2 BR / 2 BA cabin with a sleeping loft on the Bridges Bay property. We are on the stocked fishing pond just minutes away from East Lake Okoboji. The 1200+ square foot cabin has a queen bed, two twin bunk beds, and a sleeping loft with a queen sleeper sofa (new for 2021) and plenty of room for sleeping bags (great for kids!).

The cabin is fully furnished including a BBQ gril and comes with a hot tub on the back patio overlooking the pond, a storm shelter rated to withstand an F-5 tornado in the garage for added safety and security.

* Renters receive 6 daily passes to the Boji Splash Water Park. This includes both the indoor play area with a water play structure, lazy river, lily pad balance toys, water basketball, tube slide, and body slide. It also includes the outdoor pool and waterslides, swim-up bar, and patio food from Bracco. Additional passes can be purchased at a discounted rate. Pool schedule hours are dependent on staffing and scheduling of the waterpark. We as owners are not responsible for issues or scheduling problems surrounding the swimming pool and waterpark availability.

* Living area has a flat screen TV with TV/DVD included. WiFi provided - new for 2022.

* Kitchen area has a table and barstools for in-cabin dining.

* The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser and ice maker, range oven, microwave, blender, Keurig coffee pot, and a toaster.

* Master bedroom on main floor has a queen size bed and closet with attached bathroom.

* Second bedroom on main floor has twin XL bunk beds and closet.

* A top-bottom Washer and Dryer is on the main floor and available for renters to use.

* Upstairs loft has a queen sleeper sofa, room for sleeping bags, and a flat screen TV as well as a 2nd full bathroom.

* Rear patio with spacious yard back up to the stocked fishing pond with a gas BBQ grill, patio table, Adirondack chairs, and a 6 person hot tub on site.

* Minutes away from Bracco Waterfront Café and Island Bar with onsite live music during the warm summer weekends. Additional dining at the Waters Edge American Grille, Blue Water Flatbread Pizza, and the Pickled Parrot Waterpark Cantina is available just steps from the cabin.

* Kid's can enjoy the updated on-site arcade and large outdoor play structure at the main Bridges Bay hotel and waterpark. Enjoy the SkyRider Zip line on-site for amazing views of East Lake Okoboji.

* Relax on the back patio with a propane fire pit (new for 2022).

* Get your fitness workout in at the exercise facility at the main hotel.

* Please note that the hot tub is drained and winterized during off season months and is not available for use during that time.

* NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO LARGE PARTIES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

* BACHELOR AND BACHELORETTE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY.

* Disclosure that outdoor security cameras are located on the property. There are NO indoor cameras. Rear security cameras are not monitored during a renter's stay and are only active during the off-season, however, the front cameras remain active throughout the year.
