This Seascape ocean view townhome on the bluffs in Solana Beach is your perfect home away from home. Located in a quiet private community, and one of the only one's with private access to the beach, your beach vacation is just a few clicks away. This beach house is one of the few ocean view 2 story townhome layouts on the bluff.

This beach house features ocean views from every room. Enjoy an open floor plan downstairs with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and comfortable living room. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a king bed, guest bedroom with queen, and a loft perfect for the little ones. But what makes this home stand out, is the views. Wake up and watch surfers from the comfort of your own bed. Enjoy coffee on the balcony and sit eye to eye with pelicans flying by. In the main living area, you won't miss a sunset with the sit down ocean views as you enjoy time with family and friends.

The complex offers a convenient location to just about everything including walking distance to restaurants, parks, surfing, the beach, and the Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds. The complex pool area is great for the kids or relaxing in the spa. North County San Diego is the perfect vacation destination with nearby attractions including Legoland, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, and Seaworld. Catch a Padres baseball game, play golf at Torrey Pines, or enjoy walking on one of the many trails in the area. This is arguably one of the best locations and communities on the beach in San Diego!

Covid-19 cleaning update: We continue to have thorough cleanings after each stay, are rotating full sets of bedding, and all surfaces are being wiped down with disinfecting cleaner. We are trying to get the cleaning crew in as early as possible to allow for any airborne risks to be minimized before the next guest. Please contact us with any other concerns or questions.

Q: Do you have beach equipment? A: We have beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and sand toys for the kids.

Q: Does the house have stairs? A: Both bedrooms and loft are upstairs.

Q: How far is the beach? A: The beach is a short walk (50ish steps) to the private beach stairs.

Q: Parking? A: There are two parking spaces in the underground gated garage.

Can’t beat the location and view. Things were a bit aged in the condo and could use a bit of a refresh. But that is all ok after being steps from the water!

Happiness at the Beach!
The view of the Pacific from every window of the home is incredible. The home is well equipped, and the gas fireplace in the living room really took the chill off the place. Imagine, beautiful sunset and roaring fire. We hope to return.

Beautiful Beachside Location
Great location! Host was very responsive and helped answer all of our questions. Ocean air kept things comfortable and cool during the day and fans helped at night. Our kids loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed the pool too. Great location to get to all of the beautiful things to see in the San Diego area. Hiking at Torrey Pines, visiting the San Diego Zoo Safari park, and walking along La Jolla and Coronado were all family favorites from our stay.
