A week before our stay, we were notified that the elevator did not work and wouldn't work for at least 6 weeks. We had to have an elevator for a disabled guest. Thankfully, Carolina Realty offered another comparable house that was wonderful. We received a full refund from VRBO. We did see Big Bird while at our replacement house and were very glad to to have stayed there. A new house was being built next to it and the pylons were being hammered in It was extremely noisy.

Girls Trip
We had eight ladies visiting for a girls trip. Everything was as advertised. We all had plenty of space and enjoyed hanging out by the pool. The views are absolutely amazing! We are thinking of renting the house again for a couples trip.

Some maintenance could help make it an even better experience: sliding glass door extremely hard to open (maintenance request put in upon arrival but never done), towel holders fell off in multiple bathrooms, toilet paper holders fell off in multiple bathrooms, very thin towels, furniture worn

It was clean and great setup/layout, nice rooms, updated bathrooms, big living room and kitchen. Great view. Bed Linens need to be updated. Dishwashers need repair.
