This four bedroom, four and 1/2 bath home has a lot of great features...french oak flooring, stainless steel appliances, two fireplaces, large screen porch, swimming pool, cedar shake roof, nice front porch and many other features that will make you want to come back again and again. What could be better than have a home with all these great features and be in the heart of the Village. You can walk or bike to the Village, beach, restaurants and stores. Free wifi

This home has a five night minimum in the off season and seven night minimum in the summer months.

No smoking, No student groups, No parties or wedding events.

A perfect thanksgiving
We loved our stay in st Simons at this home. It was the perfect gathering spot for our family. We had three kids with us and we loved that we could walk to the park, pickleball courts, and restaurants! The house is beautifully done and cozy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time vacationing in St.Simon Island.We liked the rental home and it fits our family needs perfectly.I would like to mention the property needs some attention. The screen door , screen broke out,master shower very slow in draining, back yard still had same trash up,against the house it had last year and could use painting especially outside around pool area.

Love the location
Very nice house and pool. Only issue was cleanliness. Master shower door and shower floor dirty, kitchen chandelier needs deep clean, light bulbs on porch lighting were bad, screen doors on porch need repair, pool pavers need pressure washing. Love the house and location and would rent again if it went under a deep clean. Above are suggestions to make the experience better for the next guy.
