RECENTLY UPDATED! New flooring & paint. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Town Home in desirable Ocean Walk has everything you need to relax after a day spent exploring, at the beach, or pool side. This condo is comfortably furnished. Stainless appliances in the kitchen. Ample seating for family dinners. Bathrooms updated a few years ago. Washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen. The patio in back looks out on the large lake and fountain. Ocean Walk is a short bike ride from the Village and Pier and boasts of 2 pools and tennis courts as well as a fitness center which is housed in the community clubhouse. Plenty of room, great location
We enjoyed our stay. The 3bedroom/2.5 bath gave us plenty of room. The location of the condo to the amenities of the facilities was perfect- next to tennis courts, pond view, near clubhouse, near grills. Ocean Walk is super close to pier area for walking around and eating out. Would love to return one day!

Great location for family
Great location, recently renovated. Any tiny issues we had were insignificant and fixed extremely fast. Great experience overall. Apt is next to a pool and right on the small pond. We love it

Great family vacation rental
We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two teens). Condo had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and we loved watching the ducks in the pond from our patio. Location was great, easy walk to the village and the pier down the street. We hope to stay there again.

Great House, but...
The location and layout of the house is just perfect for three adults. But this house is in great need of some TLC and a refresh. A new coat of paint on the walls, consider cleaning up the rusted patio furniture and air vents, refresh the indoor stair railings, and add a new check-in key box. The kitchen needs a frying pan, too. But, we remain a fan of St. Simons. <3
