Located in 9 acres of woods. 1 large master bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom (tub/shower combo). Very large loft with 1 queen and 1 full size beds and full bathroom (stand up shower). Large kitchen with island, all appliances, pots and pans, utensils, glasses, mugs and table settings. Kitchen table seats 6 and has bench seating. Big walk in pantry. Separate Laundry Room. Extra Large deck with chairs and table to sit, relax and enjoy. Creek runs through property. Outside fire pit for cozy campfires. Short walking distance through the woods to view beautiful Torch Lake. Close to Charlevoix, Petoskey, Elk Rapids and Traverse City. The public boat launch and beach access just 1.5 miles away in Eastport! Barnes Park/Lake Michigan only 2.5 miles away!

Paradise in the Woods
I was so impressed with the beauty of the surroundings with this cabin. There are huge windows which let in the light and showcase the amazing view. There are trails all throughout the property with little surprises on the trunks of trees. It eventually leads to a stream. The privacy was extremely nice. We had coffee in the morning while listening to the birds. Binoculars were supplied , such a thoughtful touch! Everything we needed was provided from a very large pantry in the home. What a thoughtfully kind host!! It’s within driving distance to anything we wanted to see. The only thing I noticed was some dust but I think it’s impossible to prevent with a home that may sit for long periods of time. We will be back!!

Wow! Great Stay!
Wanted a place to stay between Traverse City and Mackinaw City, and we found it!!! A wonderful place nestled in the woods. Clean and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

fabulous stay, definitely stay again!
Loretta met me at the cabin upon arrival and showed me around the house. She was very nice and the house was Extremely clean and well kept up! She had some treats for my dog, smores fixin's and a nice bottle of wine for me! There was everything I needed for my stay. Loretta had made the house very "cozy" and I felt very comfortable there. It was very secluded in the woods and relaxing, even saw a deer one morning. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Loretta for everything!
