Greetings and thank you for your interest in my family’s Bethany Beach Home at Bear Trap Dunes. When I vacationed here several years ago it was love at first site. You will love our beach decorated condo with all new bedding throughout. Our home is a short trip to several Delaware beaches including Ocean City, Maryland. During your stay you will enjoy the sunny and clean beaches, tax-free shopping, superb local restaurants, parks, fishing, boating, sports, local theater, etc. You can even find the wild horses of Assateague a short drive away. If you decide to use the amenities at the resort you will have access to multiple pools, hot tub, gym, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground. Badge prices vary per season of the year. Oh and make a tee time at the 27 hole golf course! Great Happy Hour and food at the Resort Restaurant!

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities. The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, and clubhouse with restaurant. You will need to purchase a weekly activity badge to gain access to the resort amenities. Badge prices vary per season of the year.
