This is a beautiful waterfront villa with amazing views of the Bohicket River and the Marina. It is ideal for boaters in that the marina rents slips that guests can keep their boat at while they are staying at the villa. The villa was recently updated with new floors, paint and new furniture. Guests will have access to private Seabrook Island and its beautiful uncrowded beaches, which are only a short drive or bike ride from the villa. The villa is conveniently located about a twenty-five minute drive from downtown historic Charleston and about a five minute drive from Kiawah Island. (Bus. License No. 20201760)

Very nice unit. Nicely decorated. All amenities included. Thoroughly enjoyed the deck with such a nice view of the Marina. Everything we needed was in the townhouse. Close to our event and the check in process with Dan was so easy. Felt like we were friends without ever meeting each other. Would definitely stay again should we come back to this area.

Sweet Short Stay
This was just a two night quick trip to unwind after a long leadership training. It was a last minute decision and Daniel was so accommodating and helpful. This marina spot was super cute and very clean with great views of the boats and sunsets. It’s a quaint stroll down the boardwalk to Salty Dogs and other adorable spots. I’d recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a view! Thanks again to Daniel for making it all possible!
