About this property

Large lake cabin on a major highway two minutes from beautiful Lake Texoma!

Treasure Island is located just 2 minutes away from the Texas & Oklahoma bridge that crosses the beautiful waters of Lake Texoma. The boat dock and/or swimming , fishing area is two minutes away. It is equipped with a game room, 2.5 Bathrooms, living room, laundry room, & RV/ Boat parking. If you have additional guests with their own RV we have electrical hook ups for a small additional price. We also allow tents out back for your guests. The cabin has a fully loaded gourmet kitchen with two stoves, two ovens, and two microwaves. The spacious back yard has a gas grill and fire pit. Charcoal grills are available upon request. Our gourmet kitchen comes with a chef island to prepare all of your meals. Treasure Island sleeps up to 8 people. Additional guests over 10 will be charged a one time fee of $20/each to cover cleaning costs, this is paid upon arrival. Treasure Island also has a bar for you to stock your favorite beverages. Last but not least, it has a conference room setup for your business needs. Treasure Island is also just 3 minutes away from the newest Casino located immediately across the lake called Megastar Casino .


If you like golf, Buncombe Creek Golf Course is just five minutes away on the Oklahoma side.

Choices of Restaurants include: Pelican's Landing (TX side), Ollie's Juke Joint in Kingston, OK, Catfish platter Kingston, OK, and Fitzel Winery in Gordonville TX.

Property was as expected and similar to previous reviews. Pool table was a big plus. We would do it again. Ice maker is rusty so bring ice.

quirky and clean with lots of books games and pool table to entertain while in house. could use some WD-40 on some squeaky doors and see to a couple very squeaky bed frames but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay
We had 3 dads and 3 boys (age 10). Great place and this was our 2nd stay. The boys loved the large yard and pool table. We had a fire going the entire 2 night stay. Don is next door and very available for any needs. Also very close to the Marina for Texoma fishing.

Great place for any occasion
We selected this cabin for our girls’ getaway weekend. Check in was very smooth and everything was as expected. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Don even came over when the sun set and started the outdoor bonfire for us. We will definitely return.

If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place, this is it
Quiet, serene with a homey feeling. We absolutely loved it! All appliances in kitchen, were available, washer and dryer..every thing was great

It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is that you make known there is no privacy between the bedrooms. There is only a bookcase that was between them and no doors or walls. Overall it was great though!

Wonderful Weekend Stay
Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. We used the pool table and relaxed in the backyard. The speakers are great in the living room. The kitchen is spacious and everything we needed was available for us. Tina and Don were amazing! We look forward to staying here again soon!

Location was a little deceiving when you first pull in, I had visioned something else, however, the space was perfect and the property owners were so accommodating and welcoming. We didn’t need a single thing- just our food, drinks, and decorations honestly! We had the best time and I highly recommend Treasure Island! Thank you!

I would highly recommend this cabin to stay in, if you’re visiting the texoma area. Great hospitality from the moment we got there to the moment we left. We were there for a bachelor trip, and the games in the house were a huge hit, and the location was good for fishing, and casinos right across the bridge. the owners made sure our stay was great!

Good bachelor party spot
We were looking for a spot to have a bachelor party and this rental fit our needs very well. We had a group of about 14 guys and we had a great time hanging out at the cabin and having a good time. We really enjoyed usage of the backyard, the barn and their bus for different bachelor party activities. Don and Tina were incredibly helpful in coordinating things to help make this bachelor party a success - more than any other host I've ever interacted with. They also went above and beyond to ensure we were safe and having a good time. Very communicative, fun and flexible hosts. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who is hoping to have a fun guys weekend or bachelor party spot!

Not What I Expected, but Still Good!
I didn't fully understand the bedroom situation, and that's on me since Don & Tina did clarify that. All the beds are in one room - a full-sized bunk bed, a queen, and a twin bunk bed and futon all in one big room, separated by bookcases. I don't think it would be a problem for most and really it wasn't for us except teenagers don't want to sleep in the same room as the parents. The pool table and foosball were a hit with everyone. The kitchen is truly adorable and functional. And had the winds not been stupidly high, we would have grilled out and hung out behind the place - it is definitely set up for outside and loud - the teens were disappointed in the weather. It was very clean and cute inside. Yes, the outside looks like an old office building that hasn't been through any repairs. I think Tina said they are getting there on it and I would do the same - update the interior first. All in all, I would say we'd stay here again if I was bringing lots of people and the beds weren't an issue with 14yo teens who wanted a private room to set up video games. Don and Tina are super nice and super helpful!

Bachelor Party Paradise
I can’t imagine a better spot for a bachelor party. We enjoyed the huge backyard where we grilled, used the fire pit, and the hot tub! The huge kitchen and game room with foosball and pool is awesome too.

Only bad thing is the house looks like a office instead of a rental "outside appearance " looks like a office everyone that came all thought the same we check in at office then drive down to lake where cabin was

We really enjoyed are stay. Really enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. The only thing I would suggest is that some of the unnecessary furniture be removed so there is more free room. I would stay again
