Located between the marina and the Arcachon casino, this apartment is completely renovated. With an area of 56m² with a balcony of 9m² directly overlooking the Arcachon basin and another of 10m², in a residence with a tennis court.
2 bedroom apartment, bathroom, separate toilet, American kitchen with all amenities, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, large screen TV. Secure parking, private access to the beach. .

Très bonne location.
L'appartement est conforme à la description de l'annonce. Notamment, la plage est au pied de l'immeuble via un accès direct! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très beau séjour
Séjour magnifique au bords du bassin d'arcachon. L'appartement est vraiment très bien située, au bords d'une très belle plage. Très lumineux, il convient parfaitement a un couple avec 2 enfants. Nous avons pas eu besoins d'utiliser une seule fois nôtre véhicule. Tout est a proximité. Les dunes du pyla sont accessibles en bus ou a 1h30 de marche. Toute nôtre petite famille est ravis. La semaine était superbe.

Vue remarquable depuis la terrasse
Appartement super tres confortable clair spacieux ,la vue nous incite à la rêverie. Alors nous espérons revenir vite pour rêver encore plus .
