Not clear check in process
This property is outdated, but suitable with good location. The check in process was not clear. We had to drive 25 minutes round trip to pick up/drop off the keys in icy weather. This was not stated prior to booking. Vacasa employees were not helpful when we called with questions.

Keystone Condo
Very nice property close to restaurants and stores. We didn’t cook but it was nice to know that you could. Haywood Cafe was a 5-minute walk. You can walk to the crepe stand and other eateries. Nice nature path along water.

Needed some slight repairs around the condo and needs a little updating on bedding and decor.
Location was great and worked out perfect for skiing at Keystone. The facility was nice and kept up. Bummer that the hot tubs were off limits due to Covid. Cable TV didn’t work but management fixed one TV. Overall, we had a great time and the condo fit it’s purpose.

Weekend ski trip
Gaining entry to the unit was confusing. The instructions didn’t state that the lock box with the key card were located by the dumpster. Luckily, a pedestrian informed us the lock box was in the dumpster area. It took us about 45 mins to gain entry. The WiFi router and password were incorrect and we were never able to use it. The check in instructions had limited and incorrect information

Snow!
Overall we had a good time. The place is clean and comfy. Had a little trouble with the water heater the 1st night, but one quick call and they took care of it immediately! Also we had kids with us and were planning on putting them in the bunk beds BUT they had no rails so we “camped out” by the fireplace.
