Large 7 Bedroom Home in the Heart of Dutch Country--perfect for large groups

This former bed & breakfast is the perfect home to host a large family, couples' retreat, or a sports team with seven bedrooms and eight full bathrooms. The spacious living room and dining room feature beautiful hardwood floors and a wool rug. A finished family room (with full bathroom) in the basement gives plenty of room for everyone to socialize. The dining room has table seating for 10, plus 4 more at the high-top table in the kitchen. The kitchen boasts a modern stove, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, and dishwasher. A large capacity washer & dryer are also available for use. Six of the seven bedrooms have queen-sized beds, with the remaining one having two twin beds. A large outdoor patio with tables and chairs is a great place to enjoy a meal outdoors. The beautiful grounds host a variety of perennials for your enjoyment during your stay.

Located just 10 minutes from historic downtown Lancaster and 10 minutes north of Sight and Sound, this home is just a stone's throw from the outlet malls, Amish farms, restaurants, and roadside stands. Spooky Nook Sports is an easy 17 minute drive away.

June getaway
This is our second visit to this house and we again thoroughly enjoyed it. Great back yard and patio to enjoy. we were a group of 7 couples so it was great to each have an ensuite.

Friends quilt retreat
This our 4th year at your beautiful house and we absolutely love it. We had such a good time sewing, shopping and enjoying each others company. Will definitely return.

Wonderful Ladies Group Weekend!
There was a group of 11 women that stayed here. We had a wonderful time! We all had plenty of space. We went to Sight and Sound Theater, Tanger Outlet, Visited quaint little shops and covered bridges and had a wonderful, clean and peaceful home to come back to, to get some much needed rest. We watched TV at night and had a bon fire in the evenings. We would highly recommend this home for others!

Great and clean house
Had one small issue with door unlocking and called the number provided on the email and within 2 mins or less the property manager arrived and fixed the problem. Overall great house for 11 adults and 3 kids to stay with plenty of room for everyone.

Great house for large groups!
We stayed in this for New Year celebration! This is a great rental property! Beautiful house and location, with a beautiful outdoor area, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the group of 14 adults. The living room is large enough to accommodate large groups of people at the time. There was enough chairs to sit us all. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and cookware. Coffee machines was also good enough, so we almost did not use coffee that we bought with us. One negative point - is a musty damp smell that has permeated the whole house. They is the only negative point for us, when we consider another stay in this house. This home needs some maintenance! In general, All was great! The owner was available instantly for any questions that we had. Great people! Thank you for all!

What makes this property unique

Lancaster County is an ever-popular destination. With a wide variety of activities to choose from, it is difficult to find the right location that puts everything within a short distance. This property does just that. Just a few minutes off of Route 30, yet mere yards away from Amish farms and backroads. The thriving and culturally exciting city of Lancaster is a very short drive. It truly is the best of both worlds.
