Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

We loved Maui!
Our stay in Kihei was great! The check in process was extremely easy. We arrived at night but it was no problem to check in at the office in the morning. The location of the property was right across the street from a few beaches and it was a very short drive to even more beaches in the south! Shops and restaurants are just around the corner from the property and walking over to them in the evening with the sunset view was glorious. The property worked for us but was quite tight with two older kids sleeping on the hideabed. Spaces were nicely decorated but the place could use a deep clean. The outside spaces however were beautiful and immaculately maintained!

We would definitely stay here again. Shops, restaurants and beaches are all walking distance. The condo was great! Did not disappoint, it was a perfect place for a couple to stay for a perfect holiday!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Good location to access beaches and lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Quick response from management when we had an issue with the WiFi. Would be nice to have some more local info, maps etc in the binder.
