About this property

Great Lakeview and Fabulous Location Close to Town!!!!

Lakeview and Location. This third story unit has a wonderful view of Payette Lake and the surrounding mountains from the kitchen, living room, dining room and master bedroom. The attached picture, taken from the balcony, doesn't do justice to the beauty of the lake and surrounding mountains.

You will be one block from the waterfront Brown's Park which has a dock, swimming beach and toddlers playground. Legacy Park, which was recently renovated and upgraded is two blocks away and Davis Beach is a 5 minute walk. Walk five minutes to town, the shops and restaurants, and skating rink. The golf course is a 3 minute drive, and Poderosa State Park entrance is one half mile. Kayak, bike, boat and PWC rentals are all within three blocks. You can easily park your car in the two car tandem garage and not use it again until you have to go home.

The unit is fully equipped with all appliances including a washer and dryer and flat screen TV with cable and a blu ray DVD player. The master bedroom has a TV with VCR and DVD. Fully equipped kitchen.

Close to town!
Great condo close to everything. King bed super comfy. Ample space for our family with the triple bedroom. Access to bikes and a huge garage. Would definitely stay again!!

We are avid outdoorsmen and love the hiking, backpacking, fishing, swimming, flyfishing, skiing, cycling, ski touring, rafting ski touring, and many other activities that McCall has to offer.

I am a retired engineer in Florida and my wife is a psychotherapist (still working part time). Our grown children also love McCall and the time we spend there together is priceless.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condominium because of the great lake view and because it is centrally located to town, the lake, Ponderosa Park, and the golf course. It is off the beaten path and away from the traffic but still close to town. We love that deer are comfortable enough to graze in and around our property and we often see them first thing in the morning or at dusk.

What makes this property unique

Upon arrival, we park the car in the garage and don't have to drive much at all. We really enjoy walking to town or to one of the nearby parks. It is a great pleasure to sit on the balcony and watch the sun set over the lake and mountains.
