BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Sleeper Sofa

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-The complex does not have an elevator
-No pets
-No smoking
-There are two EV charging stations for guest use at Southwinds located at the back of building E.
Download the ChargePoint app to access the station.
The fee to charge your vehicle is 25¢ per kW.
There will be an additional charge of $5 per hour if your vehicle remains hooked up after the battery is completely full.

We started off not being able to check in until after 5 to an unclean room. The beds were made but with dirty sheets. Clean towels on the beds. Dirty floors, counters, showers, and windows. Customer service then had someone come clean. AC unit wasn’t working right. Customer service had someone come out and was fixed. The toaster did not work, master bedroom shower water fills up around your feet so we all used the other shower. The room has a horrible mildew smell. Mold / mildew growing around vents. It affected my husband and daughters allergies. Also to list linen is provided and then not have enough towels for all parties to have their own for a week is a horrible feature. We had 5 people listed and got 4 towels. We were told towels are provided per bed. Because of the other troubles and being told no other rooms were available we decided to just live with it all instead of waiting yet another time for someone to come and fix something. We will definitely not recommend this room to anyone else. Customer service was great over the phone but the room is not. I would think the company would make sure there rooms were more suitable before renting them out.

Solid option
Perfect for a family who needs a place to stay, but doesn’t need a ton of room to spread out. Only down side was shower drain was clogged and cleaner didn’t do a great job before we checked in.

Fantastic stay
I was very happy with the cleanliness of this property both inside the condo and the property. I would definitely stay here again! The bed configuration was great, having 2 bathrooms was ideal, the beach was just steps away and the view of the beach from the 3rd floor was amazing. Only 1 negative, there is no washer/dryer in the unit.
