This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and twin Murphy bed. It features an updated kitchen and mountain views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway offers a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a twin-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled down at night for an additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The modern dining are can seat six at the table or breakfast bar. The full bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

Great little condo!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect for two people. We loved the location and the place was clean when we arrived. Awesome location, but a little dirty
Pros: Location is great. Walking distance to the gondola and lots of restaurants. Very near to the 3 hot tubs. Underground heated parking. Kitchen has everything we needed. Stairs are close and convenient. Communication before check-in is awesome and gives all the details you need ahead of time. Cons: A little dirty. Murphy bed is very heavy and is freestanding so it's not easy to lower or put up. Couches are pretty worn out. TV in bedroom is hilariously small. Fan in bathroom doesn't work. Elevator slow and extremely busy at the peak times so you may have to wait 4-5 times to allow it to finally come with room available (luckily the stairs are very close and convenient for the shorter trips where you aren't hauling all your gear to/from the car). Overall: The cons are all pretty minor, and the location and affordability of a place that sleeps 5 outweighs these cons. Next time I'll still look around at other options, but I would definitely stay here again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in need of upgrades. The washing machine door springs do not work, the bathroom toilet does not fully flush, the TV is almost impossible to use. You cannot use the guide and you cannot punch in the channel you want. Finally there was a mechanical noise in the wall that never stopped making noise the entire time.
