Situated just over a mile from Gruene Hall and three miles from the Schliterbahn main park entrance, all the best that Gruene and New Braunfels have to offer is at your door step. Our spacious, recently updated, ranch style home is perfect for large families, reunions and groups.

Looking to attend a concert at Gruene? Or just here to hang out and float the river? We are perfect for either! There is also a private pool and large park-like back yard with excellent shade which includes a grill and lounge area for your pre-event or post-floating enjoyment.

Offering seven bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, this homes sleeps up to 16 people and is suitable for children. Three rooms host king size beds with en suite bathrooms and our bunk room sleeps up to five in twin beds. The living area hosts three couches and the dining area seats up to 16 with two large custom made tables. The kitchen was recently remodeled with a gas stove and new appliances. There is a secondary refriderator in the sunroom and a quiet reading space just off the kitchen. The home has Wi-fi that is available for use by our guests.
