This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has everything you need to relax in paradise! Enjoy ocean views and gorgeous Kona sunsets from your private lanai.
The well appointed kitchen is fully equipped to comfortably prepare meals/drinks and the spacious living room is perfect for entertaining.
There is seating for 4 at the indoor dining table and additional seating for 4 on the lanai if you prefer.
The master bedroom has a deluxe king size bed with private bathroom and access to the lanai. Both bedrooms have ocean views to remind you that you're in paradise! There are air conditioning units and ceiling fans throughout the condo so everyone can feel comfortable and cool off from the Hawaii sun. Unit has been completely remodeled and upgraded with new bathrooms and kitchen appliances and finishes including vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, all appliances and lighting; bathroom vanities and fixtures. Awesome week at 1204 Kona Makai
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental unit was very well equipped complete with everything as advertised and more. Every little detail was anticipated with the supplies provided. Received a text after check in, asking if we needed anything. Beautifully decorated, excellent location in the condominium complex with an ocean and pool view. Fell asleep to the sound of the ocean waves each night. I highly recommend 1204 Kona Makai.

No issues really. The only thing we noticed that might need updating or some repair are the screened patio doors. But overall a 5 rating in our opinion. We would definitely stay here again and use this rental agency.
