Built in 1899 this is one of Trinidad's original family homes. High ceilings, Beautiful dark wood trim, new tile floor in bathroom & hard wood in bedrooms, original doors with skeleton keys, it is like stepping back in time. Come relax on back patio, grill some burgers and let Fido play in the back yard. Southern windows let all the Colorado sunshine in. It is clean, comfortable and just 3 blocks off of Main Street Trinidad. Your private entrance is in the back of house and is set up with a keyless lock, with on street parking in front. Smoker & PET friendly, DISPENSARIES just down the street, it is truly a relaxing getaway. A queen sized bed in one room and a futon in 2nd, towels and linen provided, kichenette with coffee maker, microwave etc. Antique & thrift shops, dispensaries and restaurants are 3 blocks away on Main Street. The Museum with free Trolley around the city is also very close.

Convenient getaway in Trinidad
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We brought along our pup Marley, and she had a blast too! The space was unique, quaint, and semi private. The space we rented had doors that connected to another renters location(they did not open.) We did hear the neighbors occasionally, and I am sure they heard us. Overall, it was a great place to relax for a few days. The owner was friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend this property for people with pets!

Cute & funky local place
It's small, but for 2 people traveling from Texas, it gave us a better feel for the area by being in a neighborhood instead of a hotel. Small private back yard, kitchenette, full bath, queen size bed. It's a shared house, so you have to be aware of talking loudly. Funky charm in all the rooms and outdoors. We loved our stay there.

Lovely and Private
The place was private and had its own backyard area to enjoy. Super clean and the host was very responsive. Pet friendly and hummingbirds everywhere...you can't go wrong here.

Great little spot close to town
Liked everything except the bed. Partly my own fault. We're totally used to a king size bed. Usually not an issue in rentals, as I don't mind a decent sofa to sleep on. Decided I would take the "futon". Except it's not a futon, but ill fitting couch cushions on a futon frame So, if this is a single person rental, or you are okay in a queen platform bed, you'll love it! Trinidad is a cool little town, and this rental is very close to the center of it. Also, great communication with the owner, Michelle. Thanks!!
