Hot Springs home on Lake Hamilton

Modern and tranquil 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with beautiful deck views on Long Island situated on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs. All the comforts of home can be found here!

Hot Springs is a top tourist destination featuring a rich history of the town (i.e. gangster history) and boasts excellent dining , lake activities, bathhouses, craft beer pubs, Magic Springs Water Park, and Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino.

The entire main house (which is one level), and outdoor patios are included with plenty of parking. Home has a regular and circular driveway . Only the lower level unit, side yard, two parking spaces, and garage is excluded. Note the lower suite is TOTALLY separate from main house. There will be one couple with no pets in the lower suite and no common areas or entry to the lower suitel.

A Happy Reunion
This property is in a great location to enjoy the Hot Springs are and birds. We were 3 couples from distant states, meeting up to enjoy the eclipse and a week long reunion.

Cousins Trip
This was a cousins trip all girls to Hot Springs. We get together about twice a year. This house was very accomadating for our needs. We stayed in played games and watched movies and visited. The host Kay was easy to get in touch with and attentive to our needs . She had two little dogs that were precious. We had our dog and they played. The house is very dog friendly if you travel with a fur baby. Nice deck with a fire pit and easy access to downtown and restaurants.

Graduation Weekend
The house couldn't have been more perfect. It was very comfortable and a very convenient location. We had a small, extended family gathering that the house set up perfectly for. And our host, Kay, was very nice and helpful. I have been to Hot Springs a number of times and this property is definitley my favorite.
