This Charming Florida home in Seacrest Beach is located within minutes of Alys and Rosemary Beach. Updated with a rejuvenating coastal ambiance, this two-story Florida home offers the peace and tranquility of a perfect coastal getaway. It's prime location just off Scenic Highway 30A is just minutes from the sugar-white Seacrest beaches, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options in 30A.

The living room offers comfy furnishings while the outdoor dining area offers seating for 8-10 guest with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The first master bedroom is located on the first floor; with a king-sized bed and a private master bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
