Charming, quiet recently built detached backyard cottage in a downtown San Jose. Comfortable for 2-3 people. The cottage has two separate units. Within walking distance to City Hall, not far from the convention center, SJSU, SAP Center, bars, and restaurants. Anyone looking to experience San Jose will be sure pleased. The big grocery store and Ford GoBike rent station right across the street. This unit has included a Queen Bed and Loveseat Sleeper. The room is bright and very comfortable. Stay for a couple of nights of vacationing, make this your work off-site place. There are split unit heat and air-conditioning, Fine furniture and artwork decorated. The small kitchenette includes the following major appliances: portable electrical cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and under-counter refrigerator/freezer. Comes with dishes, silverware, glasses, bowls, knives, pots and pans –to create your meal. The room features a comfortable loveseat, smart TV with basic cable plus Sports channels s, Netflix and wireless internet access.

Quick Concert Stay
My sister and I came to San Jose for a concert at Levi Stadium. This spot was an easy walk to downtown restaurants and public transit to the stadium. Owner was super easy to communicate with, and the place is darling. Highly recommend, I would definitely book again for game/concert stay!

Best sleep in a while!
Clean and really cute place. Well stocked kitchenette, plenty of towels and an extremely comfortable nights sleep - great mattress! Parking is on the street and unit is across from a grocery store. Would recommend and would stay here again when I am in town.
