One of Our newest listing, and if you've seen our others you'll know that this will be just as nice !! We are extremely excited about it since it is in our same neighborhood. Like the rest, it will be tastefully decorated. This REAL ADOBE Home from the 1940’s has NEW TILE THROUGHOUT, NEW KITCHEN, BATHROOM washroom, dining, and 2 bed / 1 bath with closets. You'll enjoy the 2 new porches ( both front and back ) along with a covered 15x15' pergola with fan and patio set in the middle of a huge fenced in back yard for pets and or kids to play. Everything any traveler could need for a Long or short stay - we have it covered. Pots - Pans - Towels - Direct Tv Cable - Free WiFi -Plenty of Parking both on Street and Off.

Looking for a place for a wedding reception, graduation party etc. Ask about event pricing. We have tables and chairs too.

Lovely Stay at the Adobe House
There was an ease with the whole process: booking, access, communication. The house was the perfect size, close to whatever you would need/want in the Tucson area. And it has a great enclosed back yard! Highly recommended!

Good for our one night stay
We arrived at the property at 6 PM, and everything was ready for us, clean, tidy, and fresh. It was quite cold in Tucson that night, so the house was very chilly, but we finally managed to warm it up. The backyard backs up to Speedway Blvd which results in quite a bit of traffic noise. I think if we were there any longer, the traffic noise may have been a problem. We were only there one night and it was too cold to be in the backyard, so it worked out fine for us. We appreciate the clean and comfortable accommodations.

Nice place, had some issues.
I liked the house, but quite frankly had too many issues. Was given an incorrect check in code, ac didnt work properly, and cleaning crew shows up right at check out time. Would not stay again.

Yuko - Born and raised in Japan until Junior High, went to High school and college in Tucson Az. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental , for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this Vacation Rental has been rather fun..:)

With that said, We absolutely LOVE the neighborhood. You can't get any more centrally located to EVERYTHING to do in Tucson ! Close to U OF A, hiking golf, great restaurants, parks, botanical gardens, malls, downtown entertainment etc, while located in a well established quiet neighborhood that was built out in 1940's.
