This is a cute, comfortable, beautifully-decorated three-story home in the heart of amazingly-accommodating Frisco, just 600 feet from Frisco's adorable Main Street. A wonderful walking location, it's 450 feet from the fascinating Frisco Historic Park and Museum. It's 600 feet from the upscale Frisco Prime Restaurant. It's also 600 feet from the First Avenue stop of the Summit Stage, the free bus system that can zip you to Copper Mountain in 10 minutes, or practically anywhere else in Summit County. It's 800 feet from the Loaf 'n' Jug convenience store and three of our favorite informal restaurants: The Log Cabin Cafe, The Lost Cajun, and The Moose Jaw. It's 1000 feet from Rocky Mountain Coffee Roasters and Rebel Sports (for ski or bike rentals). It's 1200 feet from four fabulous restaurants: Vinny's, Bagali's, Greco's, and Prosit. Aside from the many walkable shops all along charming Main Street (where there's always free parking), there's a major shopping area .8 mile away on Summit Boulevard, anchored by Walmart and Safeway.
For recreation, as the crow flies, our house is 800 feet from the Temple Trail, part of the Summit County Recreation Path, beyond which is the White River National Forest at the base of Mt. Royal. It's .5 mile from the Frisco Marina on Lake Dillon. It's 6 miles from Copper Mountain Ski Resort, 7 miles from Breckenridge Ski Resort, 9 miles from Keystone Ski Resort, 13 miles from either Arapaho Basin Ski Resort or Loveland Ski Area, 15 miles from Vail Ski Resort, and 23 miles from Beaver Creek Ski Resort.

Royal. The open dining room, with views of Chief and Buffalo Mountains, has a table that seats 6, adjacent to kitchen island and peninsula seating for up to 8 more. The large, fully-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, glass-top electric range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, food processor, electric knife, cake mixer, large slow cooker, sharp knives, and every utensil, pot, bowl, or dish you could ever want.
