This very chic Parisian apartment is located in the 7th district of Paris between the Eiffel Tower and the Military Academy, one bridge away from the spectacular Avenue des Champs Elysées.

The building dates from the 19th century.

The apartment is on the the 2nd floor with elevator ( US 3rd florr ). It is oriented east and overlooks Champs de Mars garden and Eiffel tower, quiet and bright.

The interior has just been refurbished with chosen furnitures :

This apartment is quiet, comfortable and welcoming...
... after long days of taking in the sights and, yes, shopping. The apartment is attractive, comfortably furnished, and has everything the listing promised. The space is well thought out, and for light sleepers the bedroom at night is quiet and dark, even with an open window. Here's more convenience: a greengrocer next door, a boulangerie and mini-market around the corner, and transit stops steps away. For our 5-day stay in October, we had everything we needed at hand, quick access to the rest of Paris, and even a view of the Eiffel Tower. Louis, our host, was helpful and welcoming, and always within reach. We look forward to reserving through Louis again.

Eiffel Tower Views
The apartment in the 7th arrondisement, near the Eiffel Tower, was a very good choice for me, my husband, and adult child. It was close to sights, restaurants, bakeries and outdoor markets. We attended the French Open, and the apartment was a short and easy ride to Roland Garros. Louis, the property manager checked-in often. We appreciated having a small kitchen to make breakfast, The washer/dryer was small, but a great convenience. Louis arranged for a car to take us to CDG airport. We had a pleasant stay.
