This home is centrally located in the Hilltop neighborhood, directly off The Lookout's Central Park making it perfectly positioned for easy access to the best Lookout amenities. Just take a short stroll to both pools, park, sports court or lake to make memories that last. A well-appointed deck with relaxing lake and mountain views allow you to sit back, roast marshmallows and take in the Chelan breeze with a large lot that allows for privacy. A fully fenced backyard makes it easy to keep the kiddos or pooches nearby as you enjoy the deck.
This cozy retreat features vaulted ceilings with a modern lake house getaway design. Cozy up in the bright and airy 918 sq ft of living which includes a master bedroom featuring a queen sized luxury pillowtop mattress and fully appointed kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including additional amenities for pups. The upstairs loft is a 306 sq/ft modern hang out zone for your kids or young at heart that love to climb (room access is by ship ladder). Equipped with two twin beds and a memory foam futon, this area sleeps 3 comfortably with room to play plus is equipped with dual TVs featuring a variety of movies, XBOX one and games. Finally, a temperature controlled, fully furnished garage dubbed the "Canoe Club" will be your favorite game room with lake views, game table, couches to watch movies, Xbox one, ping pong table, air hockey, games, books, snow sleds, 2 kids scooters, pool floaties, and dartboard. Amenities for little ones are on hand too with a baby gate, portable high chair, plastic dishware and toys.
Smart TV’s are located in the living room, game room and the loft plus hundreds of movies are on hand for a movie night in. A well-equipped kitchen and an outside BBQ makes your favorite meals easy to prepare. Four barstools are located at the kitchen counter, our entertainment console converts into a dining nook and seating for 6+ is available on the deck for quick and easy meals. Need to distance learn or work from Chelan? No problem, we have ample WIFI that reaches the whole house, game room and deck. You'll find great spaces to work in the game room, console table or grab the lap desk and lounge anywhere.
On the spacious outdoor deck you’ll enjoy spectacular lake views, patio table, outdoor sectional, fire table, light up umbrella, and BBQ waiting for a night under the stars. You won’t soon forget the gorgeous lake views and brightly colored sunsets as you lounge deck side. Guests can also enjoy the exclusive seating area t the top of the yard with a full up lake vista, comfortable lounging in 4 Adirondack chair, while soaking up the sunset view.
