Crazy for Crazy Horse
The home has a floor plan that allows a small family to enjoy time away in the Mountains and have guest unwind from their adventures of the day without feeling like they are on top of one another . The loft for the children had sleeping arrangements mixed with amenities to where they could be children and rest or play without crossover to where adults could have family time in the living room or chit chat on the patio. This condo was conveniently located next to a major grocery store and other shopping, restaurants, rec center , mini golf, and tennis courts. Staff was friendly , home was clean and had everything we needed . Will definitely stay here again !

Easy Access & Comfortable
Parking nearby for easy unloading/loading. It was a quiet complex. The unit has a spacious living room and great back porch. & the upstairs is great for kids. We would be glad to stay in the property again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was really well stocked, the living room and dining spaces were super comfortable for our group of 5. Very clean. A few more blankets would have been nice (some of our crew were coming from TX and CA).

This was a great unit! Very comfortable, with everything needed to cook meals and have 6+ adults sit and watch TV etc. Fans on every room. And 3 bathrooms were a huge bonus. Highly recommend.

Great Place - Poor Communication
Overall, property is in great location and the Condo is clean and great. Only issues encountered was were the downspout to one of the bathtubs broke (morning of checkout of course, cheap plastic connector) and was unable to speak with property manager on how to resolve the issue. Furthermore, in same bathroom, the toilet would not flush properly - fill to the top of bowl and slowly trickle out. Just stopped using that bathroom. Numerous phone calls and voicemails but unfortunately never heard back.

Wonderful Stay
We enjoyed our time in Pagosa Springs in this condo. Close to shops, 30 minutes from Wolf Creek. The condo is fully stocked with everything we needed, and fit our group of 8 easily. The twin beds upstairs are shorter than traditional twins and really only appropriate for kids to sleep in.

loved the layout of the space, and access to a covered patio with grill. The beds ranged from uncomfortable to OK. Some of the living room chairs were not usable and one of the lights and the fan in one room were fried. The repair was not done while we were there. But we made due with what was there. Shopping was close and there were lots of amenities.

Nice, cozy, clean, convenient
We loved our stay at this condo. We liked the location as it was close to restaurants and shopping. We also did some skiing at Wolf Creek and it wasn’t a bad drive, about 30 minutes with clear roads. Plenty of room for our party of 10. Would definitely consider staying here again. Had a little bit of an issue with the heater staying on and blowing warm air. Also, the hot water kept running out, but again we had 10 people in our party and that is somewhat expected with that many people showering.
