Over priced
Poor communication with property mgmt company. Asked for late check out they said I had to text the day of. I did and never received a response, so left at 1000. It’s a hassle to checkin at the property mgt company then drive to the actual property. . For the amount of money paid should atleast have more towels, napkins,, paper towels, and trash bags. Could have been cleaner.. aside from these issues we did enjoy our stay it is a beautiful home.

Un-expected issues
Property was pretty... but few issues came up: Both Jacuzzi inside and outside did not work. They came, but could not repair. We had mouse running inside the property. They came to put traps, but I have no clue if that helps, (we left). Also the neighbor to south-east played music load till 4 AM !!!!

It Was Just Ok
Overall, a beautiful property right next to the shopping center and village. Short walk to the lake as well which made it fun! The place itself was relatively clean upon arrival. The hot tub and pool table were a very nice features as well as all of the spacious rooms! What made our trip less enjoyable was the early check in/late check out. A little frustrating that you have to call the day of, but regardless we did, and they told we would be able to check in early and instructed us to head up and informed us they're just waiting for the final inspection. We get there at 1:30 we were told the inspection still was not complete. By the time we were got the text for the clear, it was already 4... the time of the actual check in, so it was not early. We even called several times to get updates, and they just kept saying "sorry." Also there were broken blinds in two of the rooms that allowed excessive light to come in during sunrise. A bigger issue was our refrigerator (keeping in mind the instructions of waiting a few hours) did not cool anything down, even at the lowest temperature setting, our food and drinks the next day were not even close to being cold (even had to throw product out). My family is huge on cleaning up after ourselves, but they had only 1 broom, so we couldn't mop up any spills or vacuum our dirt. I know all are super small issues, but stepping on sticky/dirty floors and drinking warm juice are not issues you'd like to deal with during your "vacation."

Great place, but too much Chlorine in Jacuzzi
We had a great time at this cabin. It was the perfect size for everyone and was supplied with everything we needed. However it could be cleaned a little bit better. The Jacuzzi also had too much chlorine. Everyone had to get out after 10 minuets because we all started getting very itchy and slight burning on our skin.
