Community amenities (all within walking distance): workout gym with machines and free weights, private beach 4-5 minute walk, 2 marinas, fishing pier, heated pools with hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffle board/bocci ball and corn hole, playground and restaurants: Tiki Bar, Hooks for casual dining, and Sunset Grill for a spectacular dinner view of the sunset over the gulf or cruise ship departures. There is a dock nearby the townhouse for launching canoe or kayak into the canal leading to the bay. This is the ideal setting for those wishing to combine the relaxation of quiet beach time with any nearby tourist attractions. The private beach is particularly suited to children, as there are gentle lapping waves and plenty of sand! Beach lounge chairs/umbrella are available for daily rental of $5/each at the beach. Alternatively, there are chairs and umbrella in the rental unit for your use. Little Harbor resort is frequently chosen as a venue for weddings and 'Everything Ruskin' would be a perfect location for wedding guests. Security info: Entrance to townhouse is monitored via video surveillance and community entrance has security guard after 9 PM. In full disclosure-there are two full flights of stairs in the townhouse: one from the ground level to the living level, the second from the living level to the sleeping level. Additionally, no postal service delivery on site is available to guests.
