● The condo itself is fully and newly furnished, so you can relax in comfort.

● Step outside into your private shaded patio and take in the desert air.

● Golf courses, restaurants, and hiking trails are all within easy reach. McDowell Mountain Village and Horizon center are both walking distance away.

● The 101 freeway is also close by, and the Mayo Clinic is only 7 miles away.

● If you're in town for the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction or any other events, this condo is only a mile away!

● The price is for 2 guests, with a maximum of 4 guests allowed at an additional cost of $15 per night per guest.

● Please note that the minimum stay is currently 5 days. If you book for less than this, there may be computer glitches, so please cancel your booking if this occurs.

● For security reasons, you will be asked to show your ID upon arrival.

Fantastic Condo
We stayed at the condo for just over a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The unit was exactly as shown, the owner was so fantastic to deal with, and the location can’t be beat. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great facility with amenities as advertised. Our unit was perfect and the owner was extremely helpful and attentive to every detail to ensure our time there was as enjoyable as possible. Will for sure come back again!

Worth the money
The condo was clean and up to date. The only improvement I would suggest is getting a queen size bed for the master bedroom. Esti was very friendly and great to work with. We will be back for sure.

I did travel a lot and visited many places and countries. I am very easy going, friendly, honest and caring. I give my guests space . I ask my guests to be respectful to my place and follow house rules.

The condo is on a ground floor. Has 2 patios and washer and dryer are in the unit. Has 50 inch Smart TV in the living room with HD cables and second TV 32 also Smart TV in master bedroom . Community has two pools, gym, steam room, jacuzzi and sauna . Close to shopping and 101 Freeway.
Its only a mile of the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction, horse shows and more!
I hire professional a cleaning crew and my place is cleaned and SANITIZED.
